**Q: Where can I find the ingredients?**
A: Ingredients. Enriched Wheat Flour Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid, Water, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Vinegar, Eggs, Egg Whites, Cornstarch.
Directions. Thaw wraps at room temperature before using. I looked this up online, as I don't have a package here right now to look at.

**Q: is there egg in the product?**
A: I do not know if they now have a vegan option, or this company is making all their wraps vegan. I went to the store last week, and only saw the egg free ones. I think they may be making them all vegan now.

**Q: how many wraps come in each container?**
A: I believe there's 40, but it's been awhile since I've used them.

**Q: Can these be frozen?**
A: Yes but they can be difficult to take apart once thawed. I would freeze them all individually and then repack once frozen.

These are amazing! I use them to make pan fried/steamed Gyozas with various types of fillings (Chicken, Ground Turkey, etc.) The secret is not to over fill the center of the wrap, so you can close it without breaking it. I put a bit of water in the borders before closing/sealing it. There are also instructions in the package. They are amazing! Totally recommend them!

I tried these Won Ton Wraps in order to make those crispy things you get in Chinese restaurants to put in your egg drop soup. I cut them into strips and deep-fry them in coconut oil for about 2 minutes...they come out perfect, but with a slightly blander flavor than the ones you get in the restaurants. Don't know what the authentic ones are called, but read in Amazon comments that some people were using these.
