Very tasty!
These are excellent! If you like crispy, very vanilla, cookies, these are for you. You can eat quite a bit for only 140 calories.

Good quality graham cracker alternative
Great for making a GF “graham cracker” topping, crust or edible sand decorations. Definitely a vanilla taste and not too sweet. Good crunchy cookie to have with tea or coffee.

I love lemon, so would have liked a stronger flavor, but the cookies are tasty, have a nice crunch but are not hard. It's hard to find a gluten free cookie this tasty that doesn't fall apart. Pleased with the purchase

First Class Yumminess!
I had these for the first time in First Class on American Airlines. So I immediately looked for them on Amazon and found them. They are gluten free and has a lot natural ingredients. All a plus! They are delicious and I will be ordering more.

These cookies are yummy but the 10 pack they sent to me have an expiration date of 2 weeks from the date they were delivered.
