Q: is the boss 800wat system as loud as the 1400wat shark im trying to get the loudest system but still sound my bike is pretty loud now thx

clarity is the key boss sounds ok but at 60% starts to get muddy sounding I plus there is no on off switch. Both products made in China (go figure). I give the edge to shark. a little more tin sound but has on / off switch plus handlebar clamps are better from shark. 600/800 watts good. if you have the money. go JL audio in form of fairing.

Hello Brandon, I did look at all the options for the features you wanted at 1000 Watts and at this time we do not have any units with that combination of features. I spoke with one of our product development guys who could not give me a peek at future products, but I did make that suggestion to him. Also, one of my teammates promotes our MC520B and said at 600 Watts it provides amazing sound while he is riding! Thank You.

Q: Can amp be mounted in lower hard saddle bags ?

Hello, The MC470B can be mounted in most areas we only recommend that you make sure it has good airflow to keep the amplifier cool as it does heat up during use. Thank you.
