Exceptional Value and Qaulity for the In-expensive Cost
Quite a gem of a bench for the price and its versatility. It is not often you find a bench for your home that has decline. Most home benches are just flat and 3-4 incline positions. However, this bench covers it all except for has the supports for barbells. You can certainly use a barbell with its own weight or some plates but it would be recommended to have a spotter/workout partner being you would have to either drop the weight behind your head which could be dangerous or hand it off to a person capable of handling that weight.Remember you can get a full workout just using dumbells so this bench is a great platform to do many exercises with dumbells.*A dozen or so starting positions ranging from 10 degrees to 70 degrees for incline, decline and flat bench routines*No assembly required!*Safety pins and bolts allow for easy adjustments, disassembly or permanent set up.*Heavy duty steel construction, weighs in the 60+ pound rangeSupports up to 350lbs.*Easy break down for storage under a bed or in the closet*This bench replaces the 2-3 that you would have to use in a gym for the same style dumbbell exercises.*19W, 44H, and 55L.You can add other attachments offered by the same vendor (leg), however, you can easily just use the dumbells to do squats and lunges that will effectively build the legs and actually safer then a leg extension anyway. It comes in the box assembled for you and easy instructions to set it up for your various exercisesThis truly is a great bench that really saves on space and cost that will benefit you all around and in the comfort of home, no crowds, no waiting, on your schedule and easy to put away or leave assembled.

Simple and solid, requires minor tweak to make solid.
When looking for a cheap simple bench, this seemed to have the least negative comments in reviews. On receiving it I find it to be a good solid bench - needing a minor modification to improve stability (see below). Otherwise a good bench for the price. My detailed comments are the following:General product:1. Yes this bench does go flat. Great! Was difficult to tell form the product images. The upright setting is near enough to vertical for my use. A lot of different angles are possible.2. The frame is very solid - welded steel, and comes substantially assembled. Legs are good spacing and size to provide a solid base. You wont break this puppy.3. That being said, when I assembled per the instructions, the connections between the legs and the seat were wobbly - only a small amount, but enough to wonder if I would feel stable lifting heavy weights while seated. This seems to be a design issue where the male and female parts of the leg connections have about 1/16 inch gap rather than fitting snugly, allowing them to rock side-to-side slightly. HOWEVER I was able to substantially fix this issue by (1) using the spare 4 washers included with the unit, one inside the joint to make it snug, and one extra washer on the outside next to the nut, on each of the front and rear leg joins. This is the primary fix, but if you want a little more stability... (2) using the spare bolts provided (larger circumfrance) rather than the quick release pins (slightly smaller), to stabilize each leg. After these adjustments the bench was solid and steady.4. Yes the other reviews are correct - the actual bench is slightly narrower (at the ends) than some benches although the feet are wide. Im 5'8" /145lbs and it works fine for me. For me the width is not an issue as long as its stable, which mine now is. But perhaps if you were over 6' you may prefer a larger one. Its the right size for the space I have in the Gym.Packaging/shipping:1. The seat (smaller section) had a half inch tear - luckily on the side of the seat pad. There was a corresponding hole in the packaging box, so I think this was a shipping issue. It wont impact my use of the bench, as it is not on the flat section of the seat.Aesthetic:1. Generally a good looking bench. Doesnt look cheap. The steel sections are a darker grey than the rest of my equipment which doesnt quite match, but may fit with yours?2. Yes one leg is longer than the other - to allow more varied seating positions. Wasnt sure if it would look a little strange in my home gym, but unless you are squarely side on to it, you dont really notice it and it looks fine.Overall good product (after assembly modification).

Incorrectly assembled
I got this product but it was incorrectly assembled and you can't unassemble it to fix it. The metal welded clip that allows for the product to fold is inserted into the wrong spot and you can't remove it. Therefore, I will never be able to fold the bench for storing. Realized this too late after the return window. Stuck with a dud.

Fantastic bench for an apartment/dorm
In the past, I've used a BAR Fitness bench. It was narrow and it was not foldable, so it took up an inordinate amount of space for what it was. Not a pleasurable experience. So in my hunt for the perfect apartment sized gym, I stumbled on this bench. Thank goodness I did because this is perfect for those that lack space, but want a rather robust bench to use. The bench comes pre-assembled, for the most part. There is some assembly necessary, but it's not bad at all. Anyone can put this bench together in a short amount of time. The bench itself is comfortable, wide enough, and fully adjustable (legs adjust in height and back angle adjusts). Perfect. The best part of this whole thing is that at the end of your workout you can just fold the legs back, secure it with some bungee cords, and you've got a compact bench that you can tuck away in a closet or under your bed. This is the real wining aspect of this bench.Combine this bench with a Powerblock Sport and you have the ultimate apartment/dorm gym for a reasonable price. Nothing beats working out whenever you want in the convenience of your own living room while watching TV!
