Everything I ever wanted

This dip/chin machine meets all of my expectations. My whole family is now working out. The customer service is excellent as well when you are spending this much money it is reassuring to know you can reach a real person.

Do not order from Body Solid

I purchased this product and waited all day long for it to arrive via a scheduled delivery, but it never showed up. When I messaged them, Body Solid said they're out of stock and told me they should arrive in 8 days, then they'll send them out for delivery. The fact that they would they schedule a delivery, fail to notify me, then fail to apologize baffles me. When I raised the issue politely, they cancelled my order.
