I was very impressed with this Blackseed oil. It did exactly what it was supposed to do, and the capsule form made it much easier to take since the oil doesn’t always have the best taste. I just turned 40 years old. The quarantine began and my mobility was limited to my home. In summary, I developed a pinched nerve. I tried EVERYTHING. I couldn't sleep at night because of the pain. I was grumpy, irritable and in constant pain. I was literally over medicating myself with pain medication but nothing worked. The liquid form of Black Seed oil tasted so horrible, I vowed that I'll never take it again. The unpleasant after taste lasted all day and over ride any positive effects. The black seed oil pills were literally a miracle. One pill the pain was gone. Instantly gone. No inflammation. I have yet to experience any negative side effects. I also notice that it has cleared up a nail fungus that I've had for years. I don't crave as much sweets. My immune system is much stronger. I haven't had a cold, or infection.

Purchased this product based on reading elsewhere that Black Seed Oil "MAY" help lower blood pressure and lose weight. Both would be beneficial to my health. I faithfully took recommended amount every day for more than a year. I saw zero improvement in any of my hopes and desired destinations. I quit taking it a few months ago. Again no difference. As far as taste goes, there is no taste. The pills are easy to swallow. I personally think I wasted "my" time and money.

I really like this black seed oil. My eye brows had fallen out in November and I don't know why. I started taking the black seed oil as a capsule an I poked a little hole in one of the capsules and squeezed out a little bit of oil on my finger before bed and rubbed into my eyebrows every night for and my eyebrows started growing back! I'm so happy my eyebrows have fully grown back!! I really love this product. I haven't been sick, my skin looks great and I feel great. I am using this supplement with other supplements and a vegan diet with exercise and it's doing me just fine and i would definitely purchase again. Thank you. UPDATE: 11/5/2021 I’ve been using this product consistently for months. Again I have not been ill one time. My eyebrows have stayed thick. I purchased this product in April because the Black Seed Oil has been working for me. I have Lupus, high blood pressure and I used to have problems with my kidneys due to Lupus so I bought the pills to aid in support of my immune system. My mother was amazed with how well it's done on my overall health and she wanted to try it too. But she smelled the Black Seed Oil and told me there was NO WAY she was gonna be able to swallow that. She looked at me like I lost my mind. LOL. I told her she can still take it in a pill form so that's why I had initially bought the pills, I bought a bottle for me and my mom. And I must say, they are a lot easier to take and my numbers are consistent. I have an average blood pressure of around 117/71 to 123/75 at most besides when my body goes into flares. My arthritic pain is lessened and I don't have to take as many medicines anymore. ESPECIALLY with the CoronaVirus circling in the air, I'm trying to stay clear of the doctor's office outside of my regular appointments. My mother's BP is down too and she can get the benefits of BSO without gagging. LOL. We love these pills.
