Would this work as a replacement base for a DXRacer king series chair?

It's a standard diameter so yes. I've replaced the base on an x-rocker chair, and it made an immediate improvement

Struggling to remove the old base from my old is it possible that the base and cylinder is one piece?

I know this is a very old comment but for anyone else who might see it, the cylinder can be hard to remove. There's many YouTube videos about it but what worked for me with a really stubborn one was having half the legs of the base on the side of a bed and hammering the cylinder directly from the bottom, hard. I'd spent 10 minutes trying other methods but this eventually worked.

I have a gas lift that starts off 40cm then expands to 50cm. I'm unsure if this base will work with this or not?
