Nice tools and a great price for very sharp cutters. Don't forget to keep them clean and oiled though or they rust quickly.

Great price point for Bonsai kit. Sharp edges for cutting. No complaints. Recommend it over higher-priced options for the beginning Bonsai enthusiast.

These tools made pruning my bonsai and other plants so easy! They easily fit into tight spaces and give a clean cut.

The shears are way too big, rusty and crudely made. After some machine oil and a lot of opening and closing, they eventually loosened up to the point I can use them. The concave clippers were much larger than I expected and awkward to use, but they are sharp and work. Not tools for fine snipping on small plants, like I thought they'd be for bonsai.

I just started practicing bonsai and I was shocked by how expensive most tool sets are. These ones are identical to the more expensive ones. Overall it's a solid tool set and great for beginners.

These things are great for beginners. Not super sharp but very effective and the ideal introductory tool set.

I don’t rarely give one star for a review here on Amazon because I do my research, and read all the logical/practical reviews from buyers, which I did for this product. Most of my reviews are fours and fives ever since I started writing reviews. I can’t say the same for this one. The shear is okay/average for the price, but the dang concave cutter won’t cut anything, from the tiniest branch to whatever size of branch. I tried using it for several days on succulents, young Olive branches, roses, Pyracantha bonsai and other small branch bonsais, still won’t cut, just a ‘bite’ at the bottom part, partial cut. I noticed the uneven bite on the cutter, only the bottom part touches and you can see the considerable gap on the top. Please look at the images.
