Great!
Actually I ordered it as a present for my husband. He works a lot at the computer and is complaining about neck pains. He said that the most difficult thing is to understand how to lay on this Kanuda pillow))) But it helps him a lot: no more complains about pains. I tried it myself (just because of the curiosity), and now I use it every day. It's really great! My head and neck feel relaxed. Definitely recommended!

Didn't work for me
This did nothing for my neck and head pain. In my opinion, it's very overpriced for a sculpted piece of foam or whatever the material is. The seller accepted my return with no issues.

Love Kanuda pillows... only "like" the head nap
I absolutely love my Kanuda pillows (Piano Air and Primo Air) and I think I expected more of a dramatic supportive feeling when using the head nap, and to me, it's not there. I have a larger head and I wonder if that's why. I kept it despite the ability to return because I want to have tools in the event neck pain flares up.

IT'S FANTASTIC
I LOVE IT took a while to figure out what to do with this saddle as we call it but once we did we have found out that our necks were much longer LOL Very good but give it some time before you evaluate if it works.

Actually, truly, REALLY helping me!
WOWWWWW. That's what I found myself saying repeatedly as I tried this product (the KANUDA Spine Nap : Cervical and Spine Traction Device for Physical Therapy Session at-Home | Cervical & Thoracic Spine Traction | Posture Correction | Neck, Shoulder, Upper Back Pain Relief) for the first time. I went through all 3 suggested positions from the helpful included instructional card/booklet. I realized quickly that I can't really get confortable in position #1 since I have a C5-6 fusion. It wasn't painful, just a "hmm this is NOT comfortable realization". For background, I see a PT twice a week, and will essentially have to for treatment for life for MANy bulging/herniated discs comorbid with a connective tissue disorder. I'm in constant pain like so many people in the world, but always looking for ways to feel 10%, even 5% or 1% better. And this, for me, is IT! I also have tried various traction devices with more moving parts and they sometimes provided temporary relief, but with a bit of danger since you're using an external device. This, with its simplicity, helps to ameliorate that concern for me. The price IS high. The package / paperwork make it clear that this is NOT a medical device. The construction is actually top quality. Most everything seems purposeful. Bottom line: it helps me and I'm so happy I took the leap to try it out!

Seems ridiculously overpriced
I've tried a couple cervical neck stretcher devices recently at the recommendation of a chiropractor and massage therapist. Those were common wave shaped units which fit just under the neck and are typically priced in the $20-$30 range. I found those to be reasonable effective, with some variation in comfort and degree of stretch. I saw this Kanuda Spine Nap device, and was intrigued by the different style. I was curious if the longer spine support would be better. Also for the listed price of $129, I wondered how it could be that much better than the other units. Unfortunately, I didn't find it to be any better. The unit does not have much contour, except right at the neck. The material is very firm and narrow, so it didn't seem much different than laying on a sloped 2x6 board. If this was the in the same price range as other products, I'd consider it a reasonable option down to personal preferences. A price over $100 (or even anywhere close to that amount) seems absurd tough

Good product, but the seller has sent me 4 emails over a few days to tell me to leave this review. I asked to stop these emails, but the seller doesn't care and this is already a bad customer support(

Does not do anything. Do not buy. Waste of money. And the customer service is not good at all.
