I purchased an AGARO electric kettle a few months ago, and I’ve had a great overall experience. The kettle has excellent build quality, heats water quickly, and is very easy to use. After some time, my kettle developed a fault. I contacted AGARO customer support, and they responded promptly and professionally. They replaced the product without any hassle, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate AGARO’s excellent after-sales service. Their quick replacement and customer support have earned my trust. I highly recommend AGARO for both its quality products and outstanding customer service.

There are two main problems with this kettle: 1) Because the stainless steel is so thin, food burns easily on the bottom of the kettle. While Agaro advertises that is can be used for boiling milk, the only time we tried doing this, it burnt the bottom of the kettle very badly, and the stain was difficult to remove. (See photo) 2) The control knob is very small and tight. The only indication that it is pointing to the right setting is a tiny bobble which can be easily missed, so it is very possible to set it to the wrong setting. This is a cheapy design solution which Agaro should be ashamed to use. After using it for a few weeks I would like to moderate my review. Even though I repeat that milk should not be boiled in it, I find it very useful for making soups. The thermostat also works well. As I am on solar energy I also appreciate the low wattage.

Agaro offers commendable quality and service. My personal experience with their product has been overwhelmingly positive, marked by easy accessibility and efficient maintenance.

My suggestion: Don’t buy this model. Instead, go for an induction-compatible or higher-quality kettle. From the very first day, the inner material showed signs of corrosion, even though I only used it to boil water. When I contacted customer support, they insisted it was just a stain and shared cleaning instructions. Unfortunately, the issue still persists. So far, I’ve only used this kettle for boiling eggs. I haven’t used it for any other cooking purpose because the inner surface has deteriorated, and even boiling water causes discoloration. The customer service hasn’t been very helpful—they continue to say it’s only a staining issue despite the problem remaining unresolved. I recommend spending a little more on a better-quality product. In my experience, it will likely save you from frustration and provide better long-term value.

Great multi-purpose kettle with excellent quality and performance. It heats quickly, is easy to use, and is very convenient for daily needs like boiling water, making tea, coffee, and quick meals. A very useful and value-for-money product. Highly recommended!

The quality is good, but it is getting one side over heating and its not cooking evenly

The product is really good....but there are some cons... like its steel body is not dat thick ...so food will burn if u dont keep stirring it....and dont cover it if food amount is around maximum level...coz it raises da temperature a lot and then it shut off automatically even on da last setting...also cord length is really small...apart from dat its really worth it...m using it for two months...also really easy to use..

This unit was send from India to Australia with an Indian power plug not an Australian plug so cannot use. Advise the seller of problem and seller replied that I would need an India to Australia adapter. I advised seller that it should be included with unit, but seller would not response.. So either return product or spend more money to buy an India to Australia adapter. Not able to review unit as not able to switch on unit.
