Perfect Product!
Amazing price! It works well; I tested it on my husband and myself before we had to use it on our four year old! I love that you can adjust the needle so it’s not making super deep pricks on the kids! It comes with everything you’ll need which we loved and the instructions were easy to follow!

Very useful and easy to use.
This kit is easy to use, very accurate and quick. I like that you can adjust the needle before pricking your finger.

Accurate and affordable
Fyi, I was just diagnosed with diabetes. I've only used the glucose meter from CareTouch before this meter, and I just tested once with this meter. On the market, this meter and CareTouch are the cheapest choices at the time I bought this meter. So if you are considering to buy this or that, I hope my review helps. The reading seems to be pretty accurate when I use the control solution and compare my blood with CareTouch meter (same blood from one spot, same time). Comparing with CareTouch, this meter was about 7 points lower than Caretouch. By the way, I am returning Caretouch meter because it seems to read same blood sample with 50 points difference (one lancing, about 10 seconds difference). So I am not sure if this meter is working right for now since I compared this meter with CareTouch. I would surely test again when I have a lab test, and update this review. One thing I can tell you is that you will be surprised how good the quality of lancet tips are. With Caretouch, I set the lancet at 5.5 and use on palm. It hurts to draw blood and I had to squeeze to get enough blood. With CareSens, I set it at 4. There was no pain but enough blood. I think 3.5 would be good for me. The carrying pouch from CareTouch is better, personally. But this one has more room and bands to hold everything the meter comes with. Better and easier guide than CareTouch. The meter doesn't have a button to release the test strip, though. Some people would complain, but it doesn't matter because I always wash my hands. I hope this meter works for good time!

I switching between brands due to price and quality
I buy my glucose monitors on Amazon and shift between this product and the linksun. This product occasionally gives bizarre readings and when you’re close to the end of the stripes, it seems like it goes up really high and then when I get a new kit, my readings are back to normal again. I used to prefer the injection stick of this product over others, but they’ve changed it so that’s not true anymore. I’m not as happy with the current version they’ve been selling compared to what they used to sell. They’re not going to like me saying this, but if I have a choice between this brand and the linksun I would purchase the latter. Price is always a concern to me and for the price, I would definitely not choose this one. I went ahead and gave it four stars because it’s not horrible. It’s just no longer my preferred choice due to price and quality.

Works great and holds everything nicely.
Love it! Nice little kit that works quickly, efficient, and all fits into the case. The finger pricker is adjustable, so you can set it to just the depth you need. I have mine at 2.5/5 and I hardly feel it. It takes only a few seconds for your reading and has a memory feature so you can compare to your previous readings. It helps me stay on track with my diet and hopefully prevent diabetes.

Big margin of error
This meter gave me a LOT of stress and grief. Let me start by saying I have insulin resistant PCOS. My A1C was 5.5 which is .1 points away from prediabetic. So I started monitoring my blood glucose levels so I purchased this meter. At first the only out of range reading I would get is in the morning for my fasting sugar. I found out I was pregnant and started CLOSELY monitoring my sugars with this meter. It never read below 90 despite sometimes fasting for 18 hours. All my sugar readings in the morning were to high and sometimes I would test and it would read over 200 after a meal I would quickly double check that number and it would change to 119 and the 3rd test was no better and would say something in the middle like 159. I got new test strips thinking it must be the test strips. Still the same problem. Crazy thing is I got shipped two monitors so I even checked BETWEEN the two monitors. Results were similar on both. I changed my diet drastically, was stressed for the baby and started exercising at night to use up the excess glucose. No change. I dropped 13lbs and dropped my A1C from 5.5 to 5.2 in a month. Still. No change. Frustrated I was sure I was gonna end up being diagnosed with gestational diabetes this time. My dr prescribed me a prescription glucose monitor and when I started using that one my numbers have been phenomenal. Even the fasting number. I’m regularly dropping below 90. My sugar isn’t going above 140 after meals. Honestly it rarely goes above 121. These meters had me crying and stressed and the reality is. That they read HIGH which is not helpful when you’re trying to control your glucose and fasting numbers. I even felt light headed and dizzy and checked my numbers with it and it read 100. Checked the prescription meter and it said 54!!!!! That’s a MASSIVE margin of error. Just pick a different monitor it’s not worth the stress!
