    Much neater dashmat now

Instructions say to lay it out for 24 hours and it will lay flatter. It took less than ten minutes for the material to relax flat. Three 9" Velcro strips are included of which each can be cut into 4 pieces.  I placed about 12 2&1/4" strips down and need two more 2" strips but can get by without for now. I used isopropyl rubbing alcohol and an old rag to rub prior to applying the Velcro strip. I'm fairly sure any type rubbing alcohol will work.The DashMat is a different weave and lays flatter and better fitted than the fluffy regular weave we've seen for the last several decades. It costs around $7 more but worth it. It appears to be a higher quality item overall.  After the Velcro applied it fits like a glove. I'm glad I bought it.

Fit perfect. The double sided sticky Velcro is not strong enough nor is there enough. We bought our own. For owners of trucks which this was for, a stronger, wider strip of Velcro tape would be nice. Other than that, great purchase. The material is really nice, it doesn’t look like carpet.  Would definitely purchase again.
