Good value kit with acupressure poster
These spiky, hand-painted wooden "pineapples" are great. When rolled between your palms for 5-10 minutes per day, they really loosen up your hands and increase blood flow! The pointy ends on the side can be used to target specific acupressure points (see below). Note that these are meant to fit in the palm, so they may not be as useful for rolling over larger areas. The kit comes with a large fold out color poster that shows and identifies all the acupressure points on the hands and feet (both sides) and what organs they stimulate. Unfortunately, it doesn't explain what that does, or how long you should apply pressure. Having more instructions on the back would add a lot of value. The two included metal finger rings are tight and spiky as they should be. They provide a powerful massage, but I wish the kit came with extras, or else a larger spiky bracelet for wrist and forearm massage. In addition to the main attractions above, you also get two cheap plastic acupressure devices: a hard pink spiky ping pong ball and some kind of weird red finger attachment with ridges on it. Although the ball is intended for rolling and squeezing in your hands, I also use it to rub along the bottoms of my feet (it hurts less if you wear socks when you do this and still seems to be just as effective). Not sure exactly what to do with the finger attachment. Again, this is where some instructions would have been really helpful. Assuming you use even half the devices (and maybe the poster), this kit offers good value for money. The wooden and metal items are durable and even the poster is printed on surprisingly thick, glossy paper. If you need more finger rings (or only want rings), you can get 30 packs of them in assorted colors for less than the cost of this kit. UPDATE (August 20, 2023): I've used the wooden "pineapple" rollers and finger rings every day now for months. Feels great! It only takes a few minutes to get results, so it's easy to fit a quick session in, either in response to pain or as preventative maintenance. All the gadgets are holding up fine quality-wise.

Excellent
I really like the massagers they really help with blood flow and the numbness has lessened as well, the little accupressure fit tight and really help with the pain in my fingers at first it hurts a bit but as you move it on your finger it helps blood flow as so. So far very pleased and I use either one or all of them each day depending on my time

The Chart I received is Different than ad
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this because I wanted the chart displayed in the ad, it listed point locations and their association on the side of the chart. I received a different chart, actually one I allready had and did not like because you can't look thing up by symptom.

I hate the paint
I thought this was going to be unpainted wood except for the handle, and I was wrong about that. The entire massager is painted, and I am definitely not ever going to use it, for that reason. Really regretting the purchase! Otherwise, it is exactly what I wanted. But who knows what toxic garbage is in the paint? I don't want to rub that against my skin. The chart and other small devices that come with the large wooden ones are fine.

Good Acupimctiure, "qi gong Tools
I purchjased these to add to my small collection of acupuncture tools. The longer rollers are very good for reflexology, both hands and feet. I have not tried out the smaller devices. But for the price, it is a decent ensemble.

i love these 2 hand massagers. I love that they are made out of wood, and not plastic. I do a lot of work with my hands, and some mornings the muscles are stiff and sore. these do a great job of stimulating the blood flow and making them feel better. they have a rounded point on one end, for massaging between the bones, and top of the hand, and a sharp point on the other end, that you can use where needed. The points on the rollers are just sharp enough to stimulate, but not too sharp. I will say i was disappointed in the 2 finger roller rings. i have large hands, i used the red one for 30 seconds, rolling it up and down my finger, it was working great, then it broke. So that is the only negative, they need to make them stronger. Overall i am very happy with this set, i know i will have it for years.
