How is it for transferring an image to wood?

Works very well transferring to wood so far for me. I use it to transfer for pyrography designs and so far I'm very happy with it.

Is it useful to transfer image on to canvas? Is it seen on canvas cloth and board ?

I use the carbon paper all the time to transfer images onto canvas oil boards. It can sometimes be difficult to cover the transferred carbon image with paint unless the oil paint is fairly thick. Very useful and I can recommend.

Does this erase smudges easily on a canvas

I use this for transferring embroidery patterns to fabric and have re-ordered it several times as it works well with minimum smudging.
