Seems to work well
Five stars for ease of installation and seeming functionality. I just got it yesterday so I can’t speak to the battery life or how durable it is. It seems to be plenty loud on the third setting but does have a louder setting for freezers located in the garage or basement. Hopefully it keeps us from leaving our freezer open again.

Super helpful gadget!
This door alarm was very easy to install and works great. The initial open beep is helpful, and the 1, 2 & 3 minute alarms are loud enough to hear from another room with the door closed. If I had another refrigerator, I would buy a second one.

The allowed distance is slim
We’re tired of replacing frozen food because we can’t seem to close the freezer reliably. This alarm is a small price to pay for peace of mind. It is pleasantly small. I put it on the wall side so I hardly know it’s there. The adhesive seems good and it has several modes. I have it on #3. Beeps quietly every 10 seconds then a loud alarm! I don’t even want to know what happens next!! Works like a charm! My only negative is that my freezer has a wide gap so I had to stick the alarm about 1/3 hanging over the edge. (See photo) There is a second set of adhesive so if this doesn’t stay put I can try a different position.

Good little alarm
So far works great! I recently had a TOTAL loss of everything in a completely full deep freeze..it was HORRIBLE!! The door was barely open a crack and we even walked by it for a day and a half until we discovered it. I knew I needed something after losing hundreds of dollars of food. I read the reviews and liked the price point so I thought I would try it. The alarm is subtle at first and keeps getting louder and each minute. I can even hear it at the 3 and 4 minutes mark in the House. Which was the point since the deep freeze is in the garage. So far definitely worth it..my situation freaked by girlfriend out so much about all the loss of food that she bought one to prevent it from happening to hers. Would recommend. Just not sure how long the battery lasts

Good fridge or freezer door open warning.
Works great. Low Beeps at first then it gets higher the longer the door stays open.

works great, great support
I have a freezer in the garage. The kids would leave the door ajar. This has helped tremendously. I bought this 2 years ago and am coming back to do this review because I contacted support - and they were GREAT. After 2 years, the batteries died. I lost the instructions and didn't know how to change them. I contacted support - they sent instructions with a helpful picture on how to change the batteries. It is SO NICE to be able to get great support when you need it.

Good alarm that needs more programming options.
It's pretty easy to set up. I'd recommend taking a few minutes to get the sensors positioned just right to avoid it not sensing the door being just slightly open. You want it to activate as soon as the door is open even the slightest bit to avoid having it not alert if the door is barely open. There're four different options for alerts, but there is one missing option that i wish this offered. I like the low beeps every few seconds on the standard option, but the one minute alarm with this option is way too loud and scares my cats into hiding. The 85 dB alarm option is just about right for the one minute alarm, but using this option you lose the low beeps every few seconds when the door is open. Overall I like this alarm and would probably buy another one if needed. I would just like to see some more flexibile programming options.
