It's an amazing journal for your journey in exercise and eating healthy. Loads of fantastic little gimmicks to keep you on track. I will definitely be buying more from their selection 👌 xx

Really helpful little book. After several attempts to record calories on scraps of paper, this provides helpful easy to fill in daily pages, trackers, planners. My favourite bit was setting goals and ascribing you own rewards to each. 1lb was a realistic first step for me, and I bought myself a bunch of flowers 💐 for hitting it. Also loved writing my personal self affirmation letter. Rather than being told "you got this" by someone else, it was my own voice that I came back to weekly to help encourage me. You can also track your habits, activities and use the stickers (I've only used the hearts) One thing I haven't used is the body measurement tracker. Emotionally I couldn't deal with this one. A little note on the page is so very supportive though - "When you're measuring yourself, it's easy to feel tied to a number on the tape and objectified by that result. No matter what happens on your journey, remember that you are never defined by a number, no matter how big or small. You are more then a measurement on a piece of tape; you are a human being v with a story & a colourful life. A single number cannot quantify you because you are endlessly unique, brave and strong" This I think it's perfect to hear. I chose not to use my numbers. I'll just see how tight/ loose my clothes are by the intensity of red indents on my skin. Overall I love this notebook. I'm 4 weeks in and on track to my target. I'm definitely purchasing a second one in a few weeks to aim for my next goal - yes it will happen, my affirmation says so! Only very very minor improvement needed is that, although the individual days are separate pages on the ringbinder, the first sections are linked in a booklet so can't be flipped round 360° without a little distortion. So if these were separate or would be much more user friendly.

I gave it 3 stars becuase its not worth the money. When i received it i was shocked how small it was. meaning thickness. great size and nice colorful journal, to me not worth what i paid for.

Really impressed with my purchase. The food diary came with lovely inspiring leaflets and messages encouraging you on your journey. The quality of the food diary is brilliant really colourful and vibrant and perfect little details to help hold yourself accountable and record your food each day along with goals habit tracker weight loss goals, measurements habit tracker and much more. It allows you to make it your own with creative ways of tracking your weight and food and add your own stamp to it. Definitely recommend not only for quality but the price is excellent also. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again

It's overall good but my only issue is that I'd prefer to use the metric system so this doesn't really work for me. Also ink bleeds between pages. I do like the design otherwise, wish paper was higher quality but the prints are really pretty on each page. This way of tracking works quite well for me and I think 7 weeks is a great length as I feel a sense of accomplishment when I finish a diary. It does come with a lot of rubbish / leaflets when you order it.

So, I decided I'm too heavy and needed to start journaling what I am eating, my measurements, and my weight. I'm also something of a stationary snob, so it had to look pretty, not be in your face a diet journal (I have young kids, and I won't pass my weight challenges on to them), and have space for everything I wanted to record. In came the 'Eat, drink and be Healthy' diary. Not only does it tick every box, when it was delivered it came in recyclable packaging and with a handful of letters, messages and positive affirmations. I'm not usually one to get emotional, but the fact that this little Yorkshire business reaches out to you emotionally and responsibly at a time when you're obviously looking for change took me aback. I won't spoil it with photos of the little letter you get, but prepare to feel empowered and supported, ready to take your first step with your handy little diary.
