Men's O'Riginal 2/1mm Back Zip Jacket

Great for the cooler waters in between summer and fall. The chest has full rubber with same grip on board as my full suit. I’m 6’ 200-205 and the arm length is great, length is standard and hits right at my hip bones. If they would have had a Tall version of this with an internet Cara 1” I would have bought it for the body length. The arm length is perfect as I have longe arms and torso and don’t like the sleeves inching up as I paddle so it will be fine. Will be worn when I dive also when deep and rash guard wouldn’t be sufficient.

This is a back zippered 2/1mm long sleeved/jacket wetsuit top (it wears like a long sleeve shirt). Pros: The thickness of this wetsuit is best used in water temps around 65-70 degrees but could definitely accommodate colder I found the wetsuit comfortable and stretched nicely without bagging. Like any wetsuit top, the waist area of the wetsuit may ride up a little when sitting on the board etc. The provided sizing chart worked for me. In days past, I've tried close necked wetsuits and have always found them to be overly restrictive in/around the neck - with this wetsuit being the exception. I have not had any issues of the wetsuit being loose enough around the neck to let cold water in when duck diving etc. The bottom of the wetsuit seems to be a little longer. I questioned it at first but found that that little extra length coupled with the snugness of the area around the waist did a lot in preventing cold water from entering into the wetsuit bottom every time you duck dive etc. etc. The zipper runs about 60% of the way up your back and greatly helps in getting it on and off (vs no zipper models). When all the way down, the zipper has a simple but very functional velcro strap that prevents the wetsuit zipper from opening up when duck diving, bending etc. The length of the zipper strap (the one you open and close the zipper with) is adequate Cons: It's 1mm in the arms and about half way up on the sides.. I haven't had an issue so far but can tell that the material could tear if not careful when taking it off or putting it on. * I've read some negative reviews concerning seems, sewing etc. but haven't experienced anything after about 15-20 outings... I think it's a good product and at a fair price.

I got this extra extra extra large size one just to see if I could have a little looser, easier to put on and take off neoprene top for the summer. Turns out this fits pretty darn good it's not tight but not flappy and loose and I thought the arms would be long but it's pretty good. I fully expected to return it but it's kind of just what I was looking for, a looser more casual neoprene surf top. For good measure I suppose I would describe myself as 5'10 and a overweight but not crazy much, with XL t-shirts.

I'm about 5-10 185lbs and the XL was just about perfect. A little tight on the beer belly but the back zip makes it super easy to get on. Super comfy for surfing.

Very good fit and comfortable while paddling. Kept me warm

I used this to surf and wing foil for over 2 years here in honolulu, using it couple times a week. It takes a beating and keeps you warm enough. I like the zipper in the back and doesnt both you when on the board paddling. I'm 6' 165LB and large was a tight but good fit when i bought it, its looser now as expected after that much use. Nothing tore, the zipper is still fine, the only thing is the back panel above the zipper is getting some holes since that panel is thinner material. I think its caused by how I remove it where i tend to yank that area to get it off the top of my head. Otherwise its great wetsuit, I'll keep using until the back panel complete falls apart in maybe another year ?

Great wetsuit top/jacket - very warm! I ordered a XXL figuring that it would run a little small, but I likely would fit better in a XL. I'm 6'1" 230 lbs - the sleeves were slightly long and the waist was slightly loose. I don't do big wave surfing anymore so it works fine for me, but it I were to paddle out into heavier surf I would definitely want the tighter fit with a XL so I don't get flushed.

Smells like skunk and filled my house and all fabric with awful strong skunk smell. This suit is awful. Whatever this touches, it gets on and gets on furniture clothes, etc. Caused a couple of arguments in the house where the smell was coming from. It's not direct and obvious at first and then it just lingers. Really strange. Suspected it was this when I put it outside to air out and it got all over the patio cushions. Came here to read reviews and saw someone did say skunk smell. Well it does and it's awful. I will not be buying O'Neill wet suits ever, highly do not recommend this product.

Not someone who writes this review stuff but had to step up to the plate on this one. Supper nice light weight top. I am 5'10 46 inch chest 37 inch waist the 2xL fit is awesome easy top put on and take off even over my beer belly (not that big). I would say order 1 size up from what you would expect unless you want really tight. If you are ordering a wet suit top this is the baby, great quality and function able with no fatigue form suit after 2 hrs paddle boarding. Enjoy have fun be safe
