I mix this in room temperature water and use a whisk to make sure it dissolves completely. Let it sit for a couple minutes and mix again. It forms some foam If I use a shaker and I feel I might loose some product if I can’t drink all that foam. I’m almost done with the 2 week program. I got used to the taste (it’s not bad at all) very mild and lightly sweet- nothing overpowering. It’s a very fine powder and it does the job. I feel great after taking it- not nauseous or bloated. It feels me up. I’m taking this product and other supplements and I feel great.

This is hard to stomach, even with frozen fruit added. The company isn't returning it, referred me to Amazon, Amazon is so automated that I can't get any one on the phone. It's expensive and tastes awful.

This stuff is gross, but it is WAY better than the orange flavor liver cleanse powder from rootcology. Tried both of them while doing izabella wentz’s 90 day protocol (twice.) I would recommend this one over rootcology.

I realize that sometimes flavors can be difficult; however, this has a very fowl flavor.

I love this protein. It was originally recommended by my function medical MD. It’s a clean protein that is easy to absorb and has detox properties as well. I can’t go back to another brand.

Pros: It is a superfine powder and it mixed very well using my mini blender. It has a smooth, creamy consistency and a pleasant mouthfeel. I felt full after having this for my late afternoon snack. Cons: It smelled like beefy chocolate, not strawberry vanilla. It tasted like beefy chocolate, not strawberry vanilla. I mixed it with 12 ounces of coconut water. I forced myself to drink it. I added a little vanilla extract and some cocoa powder and that made it more palatable. I probably won't buy this again. After reading the other reviews, I will give it a week because I do like the results that other people are experiencing from using the product. I'll try mixing it with different things. Maybe I'll get used to the flavor. If you're trying this for the first time, I suggest trying the chocolate.
