Amara Beauty Vitamin C Face & Body Lotion 15% - with Shea Butter & Jojoba Oil - 8 oz

This is the best body lotion I've ever used. Living in a dry climate my skin takes a beating - this lotion softens and re-hydrates skin. My skin looks younger, healthier, and I'm thrilled with the results. I usually buy the Amara facial moisturizers, but I have used this lotion on my face and it works great! Not greasy at all. Soaks into the skin and immediately begins working its magic. One bottle lasts quite a while, as it doesn't take much-the lotion is easy to spread and work into the skin. I will definitely buy it again and again. Thanks Amara for your great products.

This is the perfect all around moisturizer for my 70 year old face! I know it is not even specifically a face lotion, but I have found it to be the best I've tried in quite a while. The lotion is the perfect weight -- not soupy like some lotions and not thick like a cream. It absorbs very quickly, it has no scent, it can be used daytime under makeup or at bedtime. It does not contain any sunscreen but my lightweight foundation has SPF 30 and when I'm out in the sun a lot, I switch to a sunscreen product rather than just this lotion. In the winter when my skin is more dry, I often use a heavier moisturizing product (Body Merry) at bedtime, but most of the year, this lotion is perfect. And boy, what an outstanding value! I like all of Amara Organics products.

I really love the ingredients in this moisturizer and the fact that it’s lightweight. Pretty much everything you can think of that’s natural and good for your skin is in there, plus being organic. The only real issue I experienced was that it is not very moisturizing. The vitamin c content is not super high, but high enough that you will see your skin even out with everyday use, and my skin certainly has — although I did use this In combination with neem oil (which also evens out skin). The price is not great, but 8 ounces is a lot and lasts several months, so it’s reasonable in the end.

Have used them for years. The biggest thing I noticed after using for over 2 years was the dry skin on my heals went away. Prior to using The Vitamin C lotion, I had dry heals for years and was sanding off the skin to get rid of the dead skin. No more. Love this product

The lotion has amazing ingredients and I love everything about it including the vitamin c and all these beneficial extracts, but the spreadability of this lotion is non-existent. It would be a five star otherwise. It is the kind of lotion that disappears as your spreading it over your body, and I end up not being able to reach entire areas because the formula is too condensed and is not fluid enough. This is a humble call to the owner to please, please make it more spreadable or make an option for those of us who want a less thick lotion. It's too expensive to be using pump after pump to get entire areas.

Amara Vitamin C Lotion is one of the best natural and organic skin hydrators that I've used. This rich lotion locks in moisture without feeling heavy or greasy. It's well complimented by Amara's vitamin C serum which really makes me glow. During a pre-laser resurfacing consult, my Dermatologist recommended a Vitamin C-based lotion to support swift healing . Fortunately I already had Amara's Vitamin C Lotion at home waiting for me. I applied it liberally after my cosmetic treatment and I'm convinced that my healing time was reduced because of the protection and nourishment that Amara Organics Vitamin C Face and Body Lotion provided me when my skin was exposed and vulnerable.

I always keep this face cream on hand. One of my faves!

Of all items this one should definitely have expiration date because vitamin C is not a very stable ingredient. No expiration date anywhere. Contacted manufacturer several times directly on their website. No reply at all. No info about expiration date on their website either. I'm stuck with this lotion and other items that I bought from them (all of them did not have expiration date) because I checked too late and now I can't return them.

Bon produit, mais un peu cher pour un flacon d'environ 250ml . Composition clean. Pas sûr de racheter à cause du prix. Je suis prêt à payer ce prix mais pour un flacon de 500mL au moins.

I have bought this product a few years back and I have started using it for the face mainly as it is very light in texture and great for hot summer days too. I have tried many different products and I can say that in comparison this is the best for my face! Thinking that it is a big bottle the value for money is great! I use it in conjunction with other Amara Beauty products which I absolutely love. I hope this brand will stay on the market for many years to come. I can not recommend it enough!!

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer guten, ergiebigen Hautpflege und durch die vielen guten Bewertungen hier bin ich auf die Vitamin C Lotion von Amara Organics aufmerksam geworden. Heute gekauft - morgen geliefert. Die Ware kam gut verpackt bei mir zuhause an. Geliefert wird die Lotion in einer handlichen Pumpflasche - hier ist die Pumpvorrichtung sehr leichtgängig und man kann exakt die Menge entnehmen, die man auch wirklich braucht. Das finde ich gut. Die Lotion ist einfach himmlisch!! Sie hat so eine gute Konsistenz, dass sie sich super überall verteilen lässt. Es bildet sich kein unangenehmer, klebriger Film - die Lotion schmiegt sich an den Körper an, dringt schnell ein und hinterlässt ein zartes Gefühl auf der Haut. Sie ist fast zu schade für den Körper - aber da ich schon eine gute Gesichtscreme habe, gönne ich auch meiner restlichen Haut die beste Pflege. Die Wirkung der Lotion ist ungewöhnlich schnell zu bemerken: Bereits nach ein paar Anwendungen (eigentlich schon nach der allerersten Anwendung) ist die Haut zarter, weicher, gleichmäßiger. Die Vitamin C Lotion von Amara Organics ist sehr ergiebig und so kommt man auch lange mit der Flasche aus. Deshalb würde ich sagen, dass man hier ein gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis erhält. Ich empfehle die Lotion allen (Männern und Frauen - egal welchen Alters) denn man bekommt durch sie eine zarte, gleichmäßige Haut. Im Rahmen einer Testaktion habe ich dieses Produkt preisreduziert gekauft und gebe hier im Austausch dazu meine ehrliche, subjektive Meinung wieder.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A DISCOUNT FOR THIS REVIEW. THIS IS TOTALLY UNBIASED. Frankly, this is an amazing product. I never knew I could find something this good for this price. My skin has always been rather oily, acne prone, sensitive, blotchy/uneven toned and with enlarged pores. After 3 weeks, my skin is brighter and more even toned, softer and well moisturised, with less wrinkles and tighter pores and no sign of sensitivity to any ingredient. If you've just started, please stay the course. This stuff actually does what it says it will! I've been using it in conjunction with the Vitamin C serum of the same range and I feel like a traveller who's finally home! A super well done to Amara. Please don't change this formula!
