This is an excellent deep conditioner which I've been using for years, although my hair is very healthy/ soft and in great condition.. I use it weekly, and leave it in my hair briefly while I'm in the shower, and then I wash it off. Please note that the I- Straight B- 3 arrived very fast, much faster than the predicted arrival date!
