Can these wipes be used on bluelifht anti reflective coating on prescription eye glasses?

I use them on my prescription eye glasses, IPAD, and cell phone. I'm thinking of using them on my camera lens. I think they work well. Never had problems. tried a sub once and it streaked ---well you know they were saying to wipe everything down with rubbing alcohol due to pandemic. I'd say the wipes work really well. I've been using them for years . . . i think they disinfect too. if i recall they have rubbing alcohol in them.
