The little Chromebook is great! I have been using the little laptop to follow the Iran war.
I couldn't get going on the Internet until I used my smartphone with a USB cable and did USB tethering, but other than that the little Chromebook is great! I didn't really try that hard, I'm sure there are other ways to get online. UPDATE: It was my fault. I forgot to allow the Chromebook to access the Internet at my router: Oops! I have been using the little laptop to follow the Iran war, watching Tousi TV, TBN Israel, ILTV, CBN, etc... and it is stunning to see what the mainstream media ignores. Anyway, the laptop feels like new and I will update if more information becomes available. UPDATE: The battery life is amazing. The screen is clear with good picture quality. I love this laptop. Buy one!

WIFI connection issues which could not be resolved.
I bought this computer because the mousepad on my other Chromebook was starting to fail. From the get-go, there were issues with wifi connectivity. The device would constantly drop the connection, and show an error message when I tried to reconnect. I had no such problem with my old Chromebook. I tried all recommended fixes, but none of them worked. I bought a brand new Chromebook to replace this refurbished one. It works fine. There was obviously an issue with the refurbished Chromebook I bought. Not sure why this was such a problem, but it was persistent, and nothing I did fixed it.

The Best Chromebook You Will Ever Buy
The condition is exactly what it says: Excellent. I had problems with delivery due to my own mistake and brain fart, but the seller was with me like a good neighbor. It arrived days early, but due to my mistake I got it four days later. The important thing is the product, right? I have bought this model last November, but gave it to my father on Father's Day 2025 as a surprise. I wanted to buy this same model again so I found it the cheapest with this seller so I bought it. This is a night and day difference with this version over the other one I bought last year. This is the best Chromebook you will get for the price. USB C connection is money. The battery life is long and charges your devices pretty fast. It is easy to use. The portability is also amazing as it is not too heavy and you can take it with you in any bag or hold it with your hands. The slackness and durability are high level as it is in excellent condition like it is brand new.

Not connecting correctly to wifi.
No apparent damage, but will not connect to wifi correctly. I bought this for my grandson. My son has to take it to a friend to see if he can review settings and determine problem. If not, we will have to return it.

Lo quería para la escuela y me gustó que ya tenía la entrada HDMI pero cuando llegó no la tenía, de ahí en fuera está muy bien tengo dos dias con ella y por lo que la e usado siento que se baja rápido la batería pero nada alarmante

This refurbished laptop works very well battery life excellent overall condition great. As of now contrast brightness dim doesn’t work very hard to watch movies was good when I got it now not working properly

the listing is inaccurate you might get a 32gb chromebook
Listing clearly says 64gb memory but I received one with only 32gb of hard drive space, half of which the os takes up, kind of disappointed but other than that its in good condition.

Great little companion
Got it for studying and light working. I write on an amateur level and wanted a travel pc for that. Got this laptop, everything still works well, runs smoothly, battery lasts for hours. Giving 4 stars because it came with Windows OS pre-installed and that was killing the memory. Had to manually set up Chrome OS and then the memory usage dropped down significantly making it smoother. Other than that, no problems at all.
