I don't mind these, but are a little salty. I'm going to try and add some potato flakes to it so see if it helps. Nice size portions in each box.

This is the only Potato Pancake mix that I will buy. It mixes well and cooks well. The mixes in the grocery stores are AWFUL........you cannot even make an actual pancake with them. This mix is even and easy to make the potato pancakes, and they are absolutely delicious.

OMG if I could give 10stars I would. The are even better than Perkins. My mother and I both love potato pancakes and these were delicious. When I first mixed of the batter I thought yuk but it had to thicken up for 3 to 4 minutes. I still was a little umm I don’t know if these are going to be any good but then they were cooked and wow they are worth buying. I wish the weren’t so expensive but worth every penny. Don’t forget the applesauce. Would highly recommend the pancakes 😋😋

I choose this brand bcoz of it's pancake quality. The consistency is just right/ the taste is good & they're easy to make.

This mix is very simple to use and the results are tasty, EXCEPT...so salty! I was disappointed because I have to be careful of salt intake, and this product really fails in this regard. It’s too bad, since otherwise the results are good looking and very nice. I can’t buy this again and would not recommend it to anyone on a salt restriction.

I followed the instructions but ended up with a soft buttery mess. Likely my fault but when I tried increasing the heat I got a hot, soggy mess with burned bits. Not my thing obviously.
