TF23004 Clear Synthetic Grease - 3 oz. Tube , Red

I purchased an older Singer 401 sewing machine and the gears were gummed up. After disassembling, I greased all of the gears using this. The product is thick and went on smoothly. My old machine now runs like new. Although it looks like a small tube for the money, a little goes long way! I recommend this grease for someone who wants to do their own sewing machine maintenance.

Excellent product. I've been a huge fan of Tri-Flow oil, and this product does not disappoint either. It is a clear super slippery synthetic grease that works great for a variety of things. I like using it for mini bearings, and having the grease be clear is a nice plus.

I know the bicycle guys love this stuff. I bought it to lube polyurethane bushings in lifted trucks. Then started finding other uses. - Lube wire bundles before inserting into looms and races - Lube automobile window glass edges, squirt RTV into the rubber seals, close the window. When the RTV dries, the Tri-Flow grease allows the glass to release from the RTV sealant - Squirt a little dab into a socket and it will hold a nut or bolt head in place while you reach down into an engine or other tight spot with a ratchet extension. Much less messy than axle grease - Lube hole saw blades and drill bits for cutting metal. I think the teflon imbeds into the metal on the blade/bit. Any grease on there after you cut comes off easily, unlike the dedicated cutting grease/wax compounds that you can never get off. - Tool joints...Pliers, cutters, scissors, hemostats, wire strippers, folding knives - rub a little around the pivot area and work the tool a few times. Excess rubs off, leaves the teflon - Tool chest drawer slides. Rub a little on the wheels or the channels with a Q tip. Work the drawer a few times. Smooth and quiet. There's more, I"m sure. Any time I want a little bit of lube that's not greasy black or red, I just squirt out a tiny dab of this clear stuff.

I refurbished a 1960 Singer 403A sewing machine and replace all the grease with this. It works much better than the organic original greases they used. The PTFE in it really coats the parts and make them run smoothly.

I like the convenience of this squeeze tube. It’s easy to apply with minimal contact with skin. If I need to touch it I use gloves. I use this for small roller bearings and metal and nylon mechanisms. The hype behind PTFE is that it is the worlds slipperiest substance. It is also infamous for its ominous reputation. It is derived from PFOE which is a known carcinogen. It is found in the tissue and organs of virtually every living thing on this planet. Just be careful especially in high heat applications. Where the fumes can be inhaled. Tri-Flow is clear in color and can be used in multiple applications. It is waterproof and prevents rust. Best used on bearings, cable assemblies, gaskets and “O” rings. I recommend Tri-Flow but use it with caution.

Buena grasa para uso general, to la uso para dar mantenimiento a mis bicis; el único problema que le encuentro es que se hace "aguada", algo que confirme en reseñas en Internet, aún así es recomendable.

グリスについて詳しく知らないので使用用途が合っているのか解りませんが、 PCのFANや換気扇、ドアの継ぎ手や車、自転車などいろいろな場所に使用しています。 粘度はかなり高いけど、動き始めると良いですね。 ネットで調べると、特に水に強いグリスの様です。手につくと洗っても中々落ちません。
