High Protein Cookie Diet - Variety Pack - Chocolate Chip 1 Week, Oatmeal Raisin 1 Week, Blueberry 1 Week (3 Weeks Total) - Low Carb Cookies Meal Replacement - High Fiber Cookies

I have done this diet in the past and I lost 45 lbs in 5 months. I didn't maintain myself very well, so it all crept back up fast. I have decided to fix my problem and seeing that this worked so well in the past, I ordered two 21 day packages. I was nervous that the cookies would taste like cardboard... They did not. They felt moist and were very fresh tasting. It is a diet cookie so it will seem a bit dry, but it is very good quality. I am very satisfied with my choice to go back on the SmartForLife diet. Looking forward to the next 6 weeks for sure. I will update with how much I have lost at the end of the 6 weeks. Started 6/20/16 at 224.8lbs

I have been on this diet for 5 weeks and so far I am down 13 pounds and 23 inches. I was on this diet 4 years ago and lost about 15 pounds but neglected to continue to weigh myself weekly and catch the weight creeping back - this time I am committed to do a better job with maintenance. I make some slight changes to the diet accommodate extra calorie needs on cardio and free weight training days - adding extra protein and occasionally a tablespoon or two of almond butter. I also do eat pork chops once a week which the diet says not to but that doesn't appear to be a big issue. I am using Myfitnesspal along with the diet which is a great pairing and I feel will make my transition off the Smart for Life diet to regular eating a bit smoother. I have another 15-20 pounds to go - I really want to get down to my ideal this time. I have tried so many diets and this is the best I have found and the only one that I get consistent results. Just a note - the first week I lost 6 pounds which I am sure was mostly water but on average I am losing less than 2 pounds a week which is a healthy rate of weight loss and better for long term results. I would recommend this diet for anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to spend on meal planning for breakfast and lunch. I am still able to prepare dinners for my family as usual I just don't eat any starches that I serve with the meal.

I wasn’t crazy about the taste or texture. The simplicity of one package of cookies a day did help me lose weight.

I have used these inthe past for weight loss. I ordered a 3 week supply. The seal was opened on one package so I ate those first. They were all broken and crumbs. The next 2 we're the same. They can not be returned. I bought these for the convenience of taking them with me in a sandwich baggie. I can't eat crumbs on the go. I have to eat them in a bowl with a spoon. So far have lost 3 lbs in 2 days.

OMG what a difference, i tried these years ago and although they worked i had a hard time eating them as they tasted like sawdust. BUT WOW what an improvement in taste and texture, it is so hard to not eat more than the required amount, even though you don't need to, they are filling and when you drink the water with them they really work, if you tried this years ago try it again now you will be amazed at the difference in taste, THANKS

These taste horrible and do not help you to feel full.

Prepare to be hungry the first week. I lost 9 lbs the first week and only 4 the second week because I cheated. The second week it gets easier, your stomach shrinks but I still cheated. Blueberry is my least favorite. Chocolate is the best. The cookies are actually delicious.

Came quickly and packaged well. They do exactly what they say they will if you follow the diet. I lost over 50lbs with this over ten years ago and occasionally order a few when I want to pop down a few pounds when I start to get into bad habits again.... or after or before vacations! This fantastic diet taught me to eat smaller meals throughout the day, proteins and veggies for dinner, my cholesterol and triglycerides came to where they needed to be.... try it... do it right, you won’t be disappointed!
