Would these fit a 10 year old?

Yes, I think they can. They are adjustable and fit me (adult), my 2 year old, and my 7 year old. I like that they don’t apply as much pressure as the snug brand on my 2 year olds head.

Are these comfortable if you wear glasses?

My daughter has worn them with and without glasses anx they are still comfortable.

What demotions does the headband adjust to?

The maximum adjustable range of the hearing protector is 1.6 in, you can stretch the fully extended earmuff from 7.46 in to 9.06 in.

How do you adjust the band? It seems really stiff.

PROHEAE 032 kids earmuffs are indeed adjustable earmuffs, but in order to a better seal to protect your kids' ears and better fix each position you adjust, let it stay still, instead of always sliding, so we have made special reinforcement, but the reinforcement can still allow your kids adjust them by themselves. And note that the initial use is indeed a bit tight, this is to better fix each position of the adjustment, and after multiple uses, it will become smooth and still be able to be fixed in place. And the reinforced adjustable headband will also extend the life of the earmuffs.
