Lot of nostalgic fun
My husband grew up in Indonesia in the 40s when it was still The Dutch East Indies.As a little boy he spoke Malaysian , but after going back to the Netherlands he forgot most of it. This book, a picture dictionary of the language, brought him lots of joy and nostalgic memories.

Great illustrations
Colorful pictures throughout, with words clustered into meaningful categories. Not a logical method to teach the language, but a fun way to be introduced to the language.

Great way to get to grips withe the basics of the language. Seeing a pictorial representation of the word being learnt really helps make it stick. Highly recommended if you are looking to build up the basics quickly.

Das Buch ist einfach super. In korrektem indonesisch zu den englischen Worten, Zahlen und Dingen mit super klaren Bildern dazu. Ich bin derzeit in Indonesien/Lombok und benutzte es fürs Unterrichten in Englisch in einem Social Camp. Da es in Hardcover gebundenen ist, können auch die Kids gut damit umgehen.
