How do you put this table together? Please explain in detail. Thanks.

The legs and frame simply pull out like a fold-out lawn chair. The table top is in a roll that's stuffed in the same bag as the leg assembly. Unroll the slats that are attached and if I recall without having the table in front of me, there's two rods that you insert that give the table top it's rigidity. It's portable very useful.

I would advise against it - though it could hold the fridge - it is not the most stable table and something that heavy would not be secure.
