I wasn't expecting much for the price, but was I ever surprised! The design is wonderful for any style grip. It works fine with a thumb on the back of the blade. For more enlightened users, the choil works great with either a second finger or third finger pinch grip. I can't think of any other knife that I own that is so flexible in grip style. I have been collecting knives since the 1960s, so this is saying a lot. The blade is very sharp. I can't say yet whether it is really D2 steel, but use will tell. I am very struck by the translucent jade G10 scales. This feature is brilliant and gorgeous. I wish they had left it full thickness rather than machining steps in it, but it is very grippy and sturdy. The scales do not glow in the dark, but they do fluoresce bright white under UV light. It makes the knife easy to find with a blacklight. I saw some complaints about the lack of chamfering on the spine of the blade. For me this is a major plus. I use this part of the blade as a scraper. This knife makes an amazing scraper with the blade closed! I have also seen gripes about lack of attention to detail. My knife has a generous chamfering on the liner lock. This means that I can unlock the blade over and over without tearing up my thumb. I think that the designer did an amazing job on this knife. A minor gripe: The clip is kind of wimpy for a knife of this size. Another minor complaint: I mostly use a pinch grip, and I do a lot of blade heel cuts. It is not possible to do a flat heel cut with this knife because of the flip lever. Overall this is a fantastic tool, especially if you use a pinch grip. Get one while they are still cheap!

I like this knife better than I thought. It is uniquely shape but extremely manageable, sturdy and easy to use. This knife came sharpe.

These knives rock. A little clean up with a sanding stick and they rock. Gots me a whole collection of the jade ones. They feel so good in ones hand. Five plus. They look cool and work well. Give the designer a bonus. Thanks

I Like the design of the knife. Seems sturdy, but the liner lock does not even come close to fully locking the blade. I would just worry about using this knife and having the lock fail. But, again dig the style so I'm not returning. Good fidgeting flipper.

Big chunker of a blade, tough beater, a bit heavy but don't mind it.. cool design, good edge retention on the D2 steel, love how this blade looks.. great ergos .. lost my first one, bought it again..

It’s soundly built for a Chinese product. Great blade quality. Only negative thing would be the lock mechanism that holds the knife has a minimal margin of contact.
