Stopped keeping a charge
I liked the product when I first purchased it. Now I can't find any instructions or troubleshooting for why it has stopped charging. If anyone else has leads please post. Thank you

Defective Device/Save Your Money
I just received the item today, and unboxed it. The device would not turn on at all. I then proceeded to charge the device for an hour. It turned on when I plugged the item into the charger. However when I took it off the charger an hour later, the device immediately shut off. The device would not turn on no matter what I tried. I'm extremely disappointed in the device, money spent, and time wasted. If I could give it zero stars,I would. I Will be returning immediately. So advice to the next buyer is to save your money, purchase elsewhere.
