It worked perfectly. No more squeaks. Did the job on my ancient ex-gym treadmill no maintenance services in the area. Got the manual off the internet realised I needed US Allan keys not metric and did it myself. I have enough of this for the next 140 years.

In the case of the treadmill I own, a Livestrong, this was the exact and precise silicone that was included for lubrication of the treadmill right out of the box. Each bottle provides two lubes. So if you lubricate your treadmill every three months as I do, this three pack will last you 1.5 years. Further, the price of this three pack is considerably less on Amazon than what Livestrong sells it for on their website. For the savings involved in the purchase, not to mention the quality of the silicone lubricant itself, I can easily give this product five stars.

The product was as described. I'll be editing this review after I receive something else I ordered. In the meantime, be aware of these things. 1) One bottle was leaking, about 5 ml of product had to be cleaned up. 2) Made in China 3) Bottles are hard to squeeze. The plastic doesn't have to be this stiff. I'll be looking for something else to dispense the oil 4) It's about as thick as pancake syrup, which is what I expected. Generally I have found that a viscosity of 1000 Cst is probably just right for belts that require silicone lube. I have a Sole 63 and the oil that came with the unit was thick like this, maybe even thicker. Update: Consider purchasing a quart of this type of silicone, which is ~$24 with shipping. Sure, a quart is probably more than you'll ever need, but it's useful for other lubrication needs too and you can do your neighbor's treadmill. Here's how I found mine. Search for the keywords silicone ak1000 chemicalstore and you'll find it. This was not easy to find, I can tell you that. Also, this silicone is made in Germany and distributed by Wacker. If I can avoid anything from China, I will. I encourage you to do the same. We need to avoid doing business with that country ASAP. As far as applying it, forget the little bottles which are impossible to dispense. I modified an old Visine bottle by opening the hole up. This holds 15 ml, which seemed to be enough to lube my belt. The tube of silicone that came with my Sole contained much more than this, probably 45 ml, and they suggest putting the whole thing on, which seems to be too much. I might lube more often with the 15 ml.

Works great on my Treadmill.

Great product. Search you tube to see how you need to apply this. Loosen the belt and apply in a zig zag pattern on the platform. Tighten the belt and make sure that it is aligned properly. We put 1000+ miles on our treadmill yearly. We have owned our treadmill for 6 years now and our belt is still in great condition. I purchased from Amazon in a 3 pack because it was about $10 cheaper. If you do not put a lot of miles on your treadmill or you are the only user of the treadmill I would find a single bottle to purchase. We have 3 people using our treadmill in the winter and will rack up +100 miles a week.

The silicon itself worked fine. It arrived quickly and on time. However, the three bottles had broken out of their flimsy packaging inside the mailing envelope and at least one was leaking. They were shipped in a standard padded mailing envelope. To be fair, I have no way of knowing if this was a matter of the manufacturer's poor product packaging or something that happened during shipment, but either way it was a bit of a mess. I cleaned off one bottle and used it so I could get back on the treadmill and threw everything else away. At this price, it's not worth the trouble and hassle of returning, plus I wanted to get back on my treadmill right away. So all in all, decent product but unless/until packaging/shipping issue is fixed I won't be ordering this again.

Couldn't squeeze this out of the bottle very well, so had to empty the bottle into a little dish, then scoop it into my hand & smear it under the belt, which was a pretty messy ordeal. I ended up getting it all over my arm. Such a pain that I'll probably buy a different brand next time. It seemed to lubricate the belt just fine for the next 10-15 miles, but now we're hearing an irritating screeching noise with most every step we take. Not sure if it's related to this or not, though.

Top quality lube for use in your treadmill. I was reluctant to buy a no name brand silicon lubricant for our treadmill not knowing what the chemical make up would be and if it would damage the treadmill. It was great to be able to purchase a brand name product and have it shipped via Amazon from the US to Australia in just days.
