Pills are nice size and I don't really tase or smell anything and a basic white color which are cool. I also love the nutritional contents of everything thats provided in these pills but there's only one problem. To get the proper dosage you're supposed to take FOUR of these capsules? I mean I understand it's to get the full effects but could you guys just be able to fix this concentration so that we would only require one or MAYBE two pills max? I wiill admit I am not a pharmacist but I think 4 pills is just excessive...

Have noticed a difference after taking these for the last couple months. -More energetic -More focused -Less tired! Would highly recommend
