How do you turn on the tap?

Flushing the toilet activates it and it turns itself off about 20 seconds later.

Is there a way to make it work for Caroma stylus cistern that flush buttons are on the top end, and size 15and3/4 in by 5 and 3/4in?

Not on this specific model. You would do better with a Sink Twice (the original model) and you should work with the seller to determine the size of the hole that you will need to drill in the top. This would need to be custom work, but it can be done on the Sink Twice model.

Will this work w/a round toilet tank? American Standard, model number in the tank is 4061. It's 17.5" wide in the middle, smaller in back and front

Not sure about the particular model you’re asking about, however, I would advise against buying this item. It’s a cheap piece of plastic junk. It barely fits any tank (far as I can tell), it’s made of cheap plastic and it doesn’t work well or look very nice. Worst of all if you use soap to wash your hands it will eventually harm the toilet/pipes causing lager problems. Strongly suggest not buying.

Does this work with a toto i gal per flush toilet?

The answer is yes, but is it the best choice of the three lids for your size tank? I'm guessing the "Sink Twice" original version would be a better fit because it fits tanks that are 16.8" across and smaller. If your's is larger than that, Sink Again would be a good choice.
