Nice mellow flavor. Pad see ew recipe came out good. Best gluten-free version of black soy sauce. They didn't have it at any of the local Adian markets. Glad they're carrying this online.Note: To open it, you have to cut the tip off the top of the bottle - for those that have never opened these style of bottles.

Great flavor, but could use more molasses to make it thicker. I'm still searching for a good thick dark soy sauce.

Perfect sauce to add to Pad See Ew to make it taste authentic. I've made the noodles before without the sauce and it tasted like something was missing. Thanks to amazon selling the hard to find product.

Good product

Good luck getting the cap off this bottle of soy sauce without spraying it all over the kitchen. If you resort to the pliers, surprise! You and your kitchen floor are going to wear it for a few weeks. Otherwise, pretty good soy sauce.

Very strong black licorice flavor and not even a sweet soy sauce at all.
