I used this product to stiffen crocheted holiday pins. It does state on back of bottle that you can wash & reshape the item sprayed . **Q: In light of the reviews I hate to ask but can anyone tell me, (besides the $$$), what's the difference between this & a plain old can of Spray Starch?** A: I experimented with both. I could only find regular spray starch.
