Ein Brett hatte bereits ein Loch im Plüsch, als mir der Kratzbaum geliefert wurde. Der Verkäufer hatte mir anstandslos ein neues Ersatz-Brett gesendet, dafür bin ich dankbar, jedoch entdeckte ich paar Tage später ein neues Loch im Plüsch bei einem anderem Brett. Ich kann jetzt nicht bestätigen, ob dieses Loch auch schon vorhanden war oder von meinen Katzen verursacht wurde, jedoch habe ich ältere Perserkatzen, die nicht wirklich sehr agil sind und wie verrückt rum toben. Ein guter Kratzbaum dürfte eigentlich nicht so empfindlich sein. Ich finde es ziemlich schade, denn ich hatte extra etwas mehr Geld ausgegeben damit meine Katzen einen Kratzbaum erhalten der lange hält. Ich hatte mich auf die Beschreibung des Verkäufers verlassen, dass der Plüsch-Stoff in sehr guter Qualität ist wegen der Verklebung etc. Mein alter Kratzbaum war viel günstiger und hatte 13 Jahre gehalten ,ohne dass gleich Löcher im Plüsch entstanden sind. Ich bin enttäuscht von der Qualität, dies hatte ich dem Verkäufer per Mail mitgeteilt. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich einen anderen Kratzbaum gekauft. So ist der Kratzbaum ja ganz schön; nur der Stoff scheint wirklich sehr dünn und empfindlich zu sein und dafür finde ich den Preis viel zu hoch. Ich habe das Loch jetzt mit Sekundenkleber verklebt damit der Stoff nicht weiter aufreisst. :( Nachtrag: Für den Kundenservice gebe ich allerdings 5 Sterne . When the cats jump on/off it - the entire tree shakes. The rope is thin - meaning it would require faster replacement.
