Lenovo 11.6in Chromebook, Intel Celeron N3350 Processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB eMMC SSD, WiFi, Bluetooth, Chrome OS (Renewed)

I'm amazed at the quality of this renewed Chromebook. It's WAY better than I imagined it would be, very clean, functions like a brand new model, battery life is as good as new (showing 12 hours at full) but I realize that might not be true for everyone. For the price, I feel like I got an excellent value, and I was fully aware that the Chrome updates end in mid-2027, you need to check that before you buy so you are not disappointed. Now I have a really great travel chromebook, I won't do any serious work on this, no Chromebook is really a serious business/working adult tool, but it's perfect for shopping, watching Prime, Pluto, Tubi, checking airlines, making hotel, train reservations. Will definitely consider Amazon Renewed again!

Satisfied entirely with the chrome book we purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift! The original chromebook quit working about a week after Christmas; wouldn’t charge or turn on. Contacted the seller a they responded promptly to solve the issue and my daughter was thrilled to receive a brand new replacement delivered 2 days later!!! Definitely recommend

I received the Chromebook as promised and on time. This is in excellent condition. I like the style of the device. Seems to be very sturdy and thats a plus. The charger that comes with it not the greatest but thats an easy fix. Its a C charger so thats easy. Over all after I update the OS and get it set up I think this should be a great device for my grandson. Battery life seems okay thus far. I charged it and its held the charge over night which is a plus. The screen quality is good, no issues with that. This is not a touchscreen device. The functionality is perfect for a kid. The Chromebook doesnt seem to be laggy from what I can tell. I guess that will be determined once he plays an online game, stream, etc. So far so good with everything. Its only been a day. If anything changes I will edit my update. (Pictures attached to show condition. I purchased the EXCELLENT CONDITION-refurbished device).

Great 1st Chromebook

Upon opening it laptop did not boot up. It needed to charge a few minutes. Once it started the keyboard did not function and would not respond. Googled the issue and it suggested a hard reset. The hard reset worked perfectly. I was able to move forward with setting up the Chromebook and it’s been working fine since.

Very nice great quality work great my daughter uses this every day she loves it

When I first got this Chromebook, I immediately was exited about it. I turned it on after checking and failing to find any severe 1-star rating cosmetic damage. When the computer turned on, it just kept booting(in a loop) an empty black screen(no operating system). When I tried to do a system recovery using the Recovery Utility Tool, it still kept looping a black screen. I was finally fed up after 3-4 days of researching the problem and possible solutions to no avail, and decided to return it. I had the return request accepted the same day & was about to submit an amazon 'dead on arrival' complaint and refund when a previous YouTube video(Michael MDJ) on an earlier 2000 laptop similar to a Chromebook that wouldn't boot in a similar fashion. The solution was that the hard drive was somehow disconnected from the motherboard during shipping or whatever else. As soon as I opened up the back of the Chromebook, I saw a disconnected cable, and knew I had the same issue. I quickly plugged it in(with the battery unplugged of course) and bam! It booted just fine for the first time right into the operating system. I've written this from that Chromebook and canceled my return request. This laptop is still receiving updates from google(hasn't expired yet) and is pretty quick for simple operations as well as the basic developer ones I've explored. It's really great for the amount of money paid for. If I'm lucky, let me know :]. Would be 4.5 stars if I didn't have a nightmare of a hassle trying to get it to boot, and would be 5 stars if the Chromebook was new enough to support Linux developments of Steam.

Muy buena. Para el precio es excelente y muy durable. Se usa para la escuela y es de uso rudo. Aún así ha aguantado mucho.

Excelente opción para primera laptop de los pequeños

Llego a mi todo funciinando correctamente ,hasta ahorrita estoy satisfecho con mi compra seguire usandola para comparitr mas detalles

La verdad muy gratamente sorprendido con el producto, al principio no entendia elfuncionamiento, que debe ser totalmente en lineaporque los archivos se abren, trabajan y guardan en la nube, una vez superada esta parte, me doy cuenta que es un excelente producto, práctico, útil, rápido, y con una duración de la batería muy buena.

Apenas se empezó a usar y no agarraba el internet iba, solo por pocos segundos, al abrir y cerrarla tapa, se despegó y se nota que le faltan tornillos en la parte de abajo. Ahora, para el reembolso piden hacer el envío y le cuesta el doble de lo que costó la computadora, sinceramente no recomiendo hacer esta compra.
