Incredibly powerful
I had to remove this stuck inner bearing ring to replace with a new one and no amount of WD-40 or beating would loosen it. At first I had ordered a 3 jaw puller from another manufacturer but it turned out too thick for my use case. Luckily I found this one, with its thin jaws made it very easy to grip given the small amount of space I had. After getting a firm grip, I had to use a spanner wrench on the hexagonal nut as the supplied rod wouldn’t budge the bearing ring. Ultimately, it’s good value for money and extremely strong and well made. Another useful tool for my garage.

Great no problems
Great , used for stripped bike crankset . Removed it easy and didn't have to clamp arms . Would recommend.

It works
It's a bit fiddly to use but it works once you've got the hang of it. The point is too wide for really small bearings, but I just use a M3 bolt placed in the centre of the bearing and the head of the bolt under the pointed tip of the puller and it works fine. Easy to take off bearings etc once you get the hang of it, the quality is great and reasonably priced. Would reccomend.

Excellent Pullers
I needed to remove the wiper arms on a Skoda Superb, having removed dozens of arms over the years I never need a puller before, but these they were particularly stubborn. So I bought a puller (locally) designed specifically for wiper arm removal, it bent (pressed steel design jaw opened) and the arm did not budge. Oh well I thought, I can do better, so I whipped out the welder and fabricated my own puller using 50mm angle with a 5mm wall and an M12 nut and bolt. Appling more torque then I was really happy with to the bolt, and the 5mm thick wall on my homespun puller bent - and the arm still didn't budge. Left it alone for a few days and got this puller from amazon, result? Absolutely, both arms off within 10 minutes of opening the box :-) A neat little pullers which will remain a welcome addition alongside my regular bulkier, heavy duty ones. If I would make any criticism it would be that the ball inserts to retain the legs on the cross slide use detent springs that are so weak as to render the balls useless. They provide zero resistance or holding ability for the legs, but really it’s of no consequence and does not affect the pullers use in any way - Highly recommended.

No good.
Looks and feels reasonably sturdy, good design for the quick release to remove the arms and a good length. The tightening bar has no retention lock so can disappear in your tool box and the puller lasted 3 pulls on a 5 inch plate removal of an MTU throttle valve before bending in on itself and traping the threads. Gone to scrap heaven.

Limited Effectiveness
I bought this to pull a bearing on my 35 year old hover mower, so to be fair the bearing was well and truly stuck. I soaked it in penetrating oil for 2 days and set to work with this, what a disappointment! Firstly the claws simply pull apart and slip off the bearing, I had to use 3 clamps to even get them to hold for a short while. Secondly the screw down bar couldn't apply anywhere near enough pressure to pull the bearing without distorting the whole setup. In the end I had to resort to using this in combination with my trusting big hammer and after several hours and the use of heat this combination did eventually work. On that basis only I gave this 2 stars, but I certainly would not recommend this for anyone looking for a quick and simply solution for a stuck bearing.

cheap and cheerful but does the job (just)
I didn't expect much for the price, which was ok as I only really needed it for one job which it carried out. The item appears to be sand cast, to a poor standard. The threads do not move that smoothly, plus the metal is very soft, so the tip became very blunt quickly. However, as stated, it did the job of pulling a bearing admirably. It probably has a few more uses in it, but if you want something to use regularly then look elsewhere and spend a considerable amount more!

Wobbly assembly
You get what you pay for; a wobbly assembly. Do not think you can really put a strain on what you want to remove, the whole thing will flex away.

Poor quality
The steel is of poor quality. I bent the tool using it twice. Would not recommend.
