This really helped with some lower intestinal discomfort I have been having. The usual probiotics I had been using didn't seem to get to that part of my gut but since I've been taking these I have definitely felt a difference. I would certainly recommend these to anyone having similar problems.

I had previously been on Saccharomyces boulardii by Pure Encapsulations which worked for my IBS. The product by Metabolic Maintenance did not give me any relief. I threw out the bottle when the Pure Encapsulation product was available again.
