This waist trainer was exactly what I needed to complement my workout routine. The fit is firm yet comfortable, and it really helps maintain good posture during exercise. The compression around the abdomen is effective—you feel the support without struggling to breathe or move. The fabric is durable, with solid stitching and a clean finish. I love that it has multiple rows of hooks so I can adjust it depending on the time of day or activity. After using it for several weeks, I noticed better waist definition and less bloating. It’s not magic, but it’s a great ally when used consistently. Plus, it makes me feel more confident and focused.

I have very mild scoliosis so my lower back tends to curve in and my butt pops out so I got that duck look going on. I was looking for something that could prevent my back from curving in so much and help to "straighten" out my spine some while relieving the stress on my lower back muscles. Shapewear didn't help at all. Other lower back braces covered too small of an area and didn't give my front body the support it needed to counteract the curving. This waist trainer has been the perfect solution. I really feel held up and supported by it and my back feels much more aligned. It's not really breathable at all so after wearing it for a little bit I start to get hot and sweaty underneath. Right now I'm just wearing it around the house when I'm at my computer and when I go on walks. I appreciate that it's almost all Velcro so I can choose exactly how tight it is. And the spandex compression is VERY strong, once you get it how you like it, it's staying that way no matter what you do... no need to shift it and no slipping at all! If you want to use this for slimming affects, it definitely gives a snatched corseted waist but the fat doesn't go away lol...for me it just moves down and gives me a pooch. I don't think it's that flattering but to each their own. Also it is definitely noticeable under clothes.

Do not be fooled- waist trainers do not make you lose BODY FAT. But, they will make you drop extra water. Don't use this if you think you're going to wind up with a snatched waist. Only diet will do that for you. But what this waist trainer will do is train your muscles to stay tight and supported, helping control your core and also giving you back support at the same time. I've used this throughout my bikini competition prep during almost every single cardio session, and it's helped me greatly learn how to control my stomach for posing on stage. Only critique with waist trainers in general, not necessarily specific to this one, but its that if you're wearing it during cardio and need to drink water or BCAAs etc, you might find it a bit uncomfortable as your stomach bloats a bit. Water thats shed from the waist trainer will come back soon, so don't think this product will cancel out years of bad diet and nutrition. Nothing is that easy. But if you use it for what it's designed for, you'll be happy with this.

Good waist trainer belt with solid support and waist definition. The material feels durable and fits well, though it can feel a bit tight after long hours. Overall, it does the job well.
