Recieved my order in good condition well packaged in bubble wrap, colour is a deep rich brown, consistency is a light sauce, added to my cooking and it has boosted the flavour. This is the first time I have tried this brand so I can't compare with another but seems like good cooking wine.

This is a fairly ordinary Shaoxing cooking wine. It does the job. Flavour is simple but provides a rice wine tang and saltiness. Better to shop at a larger Chinese store if you want a more distinctive flavour for simpler dishes.
