Prism Kites Pocket Flyer – Easy-to-Fly Single-Line Kite – Flight-Ready, No Assembly Required

Perfect Easter basket gift! My 3 and 4 year olds had fun with these at the beach in low winds. They are easy to fly and hold the string. The selling point for me was how small it folds down and stores. Worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. First off, this is only my second Prism kite. Unfortunately, the 1st one a ZENG Zenith 5 was defective and returned. While browsing Prism products, I was also intrigued by the Pocket Flyer – Electric and decided to purchase it and give Prism another shot. This arrived in the mail earlier than stated and was immediately opened in taken out to fly. The kite went right up and flew perfect! The kite is well made with high quality material and folds up nicely into a “pocket” size carrying bag (included). Best of all, I now have a kite that will travel with me wherever I go! Very cool Prism! And a little redemption from the failed ZENG5.

I launched this in strong wind without standing from my beach chair. The little carabiner it comes with is small enough to lock the string in place. Exactly what I wanted.

I bought this, and a slightly larger model as well, to use to just get outside and have some simple fun with my daughter. :-) It packs super small, is light and pretty easy to get it to fly in light winds. The one thing to note, which probably applies to most any kite, is that ideally the wind should be fairly consistent - a steady light breeze from mainly one direction.

My kid can just pull it out of his pocket and go! Absolutely love the simplicity and ease of this product!

This is a fun little kite that meets all expectations. First, the quality is excellent as one would expect from Prism. It is very compact, able to fit in a briefcase, glovebox or even a pocket. I generally fly dual line kites, but this is perfect for me to have at work to get me out of the office and into fresh air during my lunch break. Would definitely buy again or recommend for someone wanting a compact kite.

Packs nicely and super easy to get up and stay up. This one did better staying upright than my Bora 5 and was a lot of fun to fly. Love that I can clip this on my backpack and take it along wherever I venture.

I got this as a gift and was surprised how much fun flying a kite can be!!! It’s pretty awesome!The Pocket Flyer was really easy to fly and I love the color (I got electric). My only problem is finding smooth enough wind on my apartment’s rooftop...but I do live in the city.- (hipsters and their apt rooftop kite flying lol). It’s best when I take the time to go to the wide open area in my neighborhood park. I can’t wait to share with my nephews (7 and 9 years old) but they will need me to help them out! All around good ol’ fashioned fun!
