The sticks themselves have no little wood bit to stop the burning of insence stick and ensure you got something underneath to collect the burnt bits as goes everywhere. Secondly tried using them on other horizontal insence holders. Does not fit into the holder to burn the stick do had to be creative by using tiny bit of foil to hold stick in place so does not burn the holder Presented packaged well Tiny China holder

A lot more expensive than our normal stick joss sticks. Quick burning,flimsy and scent could be anything. We will return to our standard HEM sticks.

This is my favorite brand of incense. I am often leery of buying incense online as I worry it may become damaged or damp in shipping but this arrived in perfect condition. The sticks were not cracked or broken and the packaging was dry and free of moisture. The scent is the same pleasant tree like smell that I remember, not over powering and because these sticks contain no wooden core it is the pure scent without the burnt smell you sometimes get when the sticks are thicker than the incense coating on other brands. This one doesn't make me sneeze or leave a bitter burnt after smell.
