Does it fit all door knobs

I have an oval door knob. Fits fine over it.

I want to mount to the outside of an inswing door. Would I have to remove it every time I let the dogs out or is it flexible enough that I can push it out every time I close the door? My dogs are scratching where the frame meets the door and destroying the weather strip.

Yeah. It's flexible enough. You could leave it on. The only drawl back I had is my dog can scratch above it. But just barely. It extends almost a foot above the door handle.

Does this work as well for cats? My cat has scratched most of the paint off my kitchen door using it as a scratching post.

I don't have cats but the design is simple and it does cover the whole lower half of the door area. it's hard plastic though so i'm not sure the cat will scratch at it but it should at least protect your door from being scratched up. For the price it's kind of a no brainer.

Can I use this on the bottom part of my sliding screen door. My dog scratches the screen and breaks the screen every time he tries to get in

If you had a good way to attach it, I think so. I used Command Velcro strips to attach it to a window and it works great.
