**Q: Can I use a small drill bit, like 3/16", on this hammer drill?  I need to drill small holes on the concrete.**
A: You can put whatever you want in here, and this beast will eat whatever you're drilling. It makes brick like butter that sat out for a day.

**Q: why is it taking 2300w+ with no load?**
A: It dose not consume 2300 watts running with no load.  Starting load may approach 2300.

**Q: Does the tool lock the chisel into position or is it able to spin around while it is in use?**
A: Chisel does lock in

**Q: Does anyone suggest a chuck to buy that is compatible and better than the included one?**
A: I have not used the included chuck yet, but I would also be interested in a upgraded replacement chuck.
