Bought these for an Easter party. They were decent quality and only came across 1 with a pinhole. The confetti balloons are the reason I really purchased these and they were a big hit with my 1 year old! They also had a little rubber band on them which I used to tie them. I guess you could technically reuse them if you wanted! Super cute set.

Quality was better than I thought it would be. I was able to make 2 separate bouquets instead of one big garland. The colors are beautiful and instantly add cheer! Will definitely get another one when it's in stock again!

My daughter loved these balloons for her birthday party. They were very well made and only a few popped even though lots of kids were playing with them. However, they did not come with any ribbon as it says it does.

The sole purpose of this purchase was to get the confetti balloons. I ordered this item in lieu of others because I wanted both the solid and confetti balloons. Unfortunately the day of using them there were no confetti balloons in the package, and there appears to be no way to contact the seller.
