I can not give a review on using product as only just received it. I think this purchase classifies in the "I want to buy something to magically change something about myself" department, but doesn't actually really serve a purpose. you can't replace motivation and dedication with objects. this machine is not gunna 'do the work for you'. You may aswell do normal exercises.
