PRODUCT WAS FINE... BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVER TO A PERSON

I ordered a carton as emergency backup during transition to a new care provider. Order was supposed to be delivered two days later. Speed if delivery was very important. Delivery is now estimated to occur eight days from order date. If delivery occurs on the current estimated delivery date that will be a six day delay. In no way acceptable! Learned I cannot rely on this supplier. The product is perfect for my husband’s needs. Product 5 stars. Supplier zero stars.

I recently ordered this product and huge plastic bags of this milk was sent but I normally get what the picture represents, which is 24 ounce carton as the picture intel. Please send the carton because this is for my patient where I pour this Solution in a feeding bag. Thank you
