A vital book on consciousness
Mind-blowing, as ever from Wolinsky. The 80+ exercises may be a bit too much but there are some real gems in there that, when practised, will expand your consciousness. This is an important book for your collection if you're interested in psychology, trance, consciousness, and quantum physics and, more importantly, how to move toward the 'no-state state' of Oneness.

Spiritual Classic
A MUST read/ experience for anyone wanting to improve their Spiritual practice. A classic; ground breaking book worth every penny. I have also read Quantum Consciousness II, and am currently reading Trances People Live also by Dr Wolinsky - absolutely wonderful work.

Very original and, in spite of the fishy title, really helpful
It's sad how the word "quantum" has been given a bad name by countless crackpot authors. Mr. Wolinsky is most definitely not one of them. This book begins with the author's explaining how he had tried pretty much every personal development method imaginable: meditation, chakras, Reich, gestalt, rebirth etc., and still felt incomplete. I felt stuck pretty much the same way, so I immediately took a liking in the author.Unlike most other personal development authors, Mr. Wolinsky doesn't have an agenda to push on you. He doesn't tell you that you are required to forgive people who have abused you or to surrender to some kind of a universal spirit called Abraham or Orion who will destroy the world in 2012 if you don't. He doesn't even hint anything in that direction. He just says: do what suits you, try the exercises and continue doing the ones you like. He makes it absolutely clear that if you don't like one or another exercise, that's absolutely no problem. Just read on and check out the other exercises. That's what this book is - a collection of mental exercises with short comments and without propaganda. On average, there's one exercise every 3 pages. Most you do alone, some with other people. The exercises in this book are quite different from anything I had seen before. I guess they have to do with that peculiar thing called "presence" which I'm in the process of discovering. Mostly they involve paying attention in certain ways to your thoughts or the energies you feel in your body. One example: you imagine looking at your body from the side like it was a character in a movie or Sims game or something. The material is very dense. I would read a few pages, then spend days or even weeks doing the next exercise, then read on. I'm not even halfway through the book yet. My impression, in a nutshell, is that the exercises aren't very powerful, but they do make me feel better in situations where nothing else does. In particular, when I have a bad feeling which is too vague to do any other self-help exercises on, I do ecercise 15 from this book and get immediate relief. It takes less than a minute and can be done even in midst of other people without anyone knowing.I say the book is definitely worth checking out. It is quite refreshing to see a personal development book with no ideological pressure put on you. Besides, the exercises give you quite a different perspective of yourself and your surroundings.

Outstanding integration of quantum mechanics and psychology
As a complementary therapist I am an avid reader of anything that may enable me to empower my clients to effect the changes they desire. This book shines a whole new light on the subject of psychology and how we become enmeshed in our daily 'problems' as we go about our lives, and indeed offers concrete exercises to enable anyone interested enough to invest the time, to break out of their current limited perception(s) of reality. A fairly intellectual dissertation, I recommend reading it with hi-lighter in hand and notepad and pen at the ready. An absolutely excellent read, with exercises simple enough to understand and perform, yet ruthless enough to break through even the most entrenched belief-system. I recommend it highly!

Rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! I thought there might be some sort of pseudo science at least to this but it is just another tome using the word Quantum as a sales device albeit it was written some time ago - how could I be so gullible!
