As a severe type 2 diabetic who has to stay off rice and wheat (especially at night) to avoid increased sugar levels, the keto rice comes really handy to continue my regular rice-based diet without major changes. Although it does not taste like rice at all, it smells great and has a delicious taste. It goes great with vegetables and meat. It also feels much better than any other keto product I have consumed till date. And no, it isn't like other keto rice variants. It doesn't raise your sugar levels at all. I liked it so much that I bought 20 packets of it.

So this product is not rice.. what then have done is that with keto flour they have made a paste and have deep fried the stuff like a nameek sev. It's not great in taste as well.. better to eat chapati made-up of keto flour.

The flavour is good. I made veg pulav using this and it came out really nice. The packaging was also very nice, it was vaccum packed.

It is a low carb diet food. The taste was OK Ok. Not that delicious as our routine foods.

We have ordered keto atta, keto dosa mix and keto rice.. we ordered it for 2 year old kid who is suffering from epilepsy. keto atta was not that useful as he cannot eat rotis directly.. but keto dosa mix was very helpful and we make dosa almost every alternate day for him, it's very easy to use , just mix and wait for 10 min and dosa will be ready.. keto rice is also useful and it's used daily as a substitute for normal rice, even after pressure cooking the rice looked uncooked but upon little efforts it's gets smashed easily and will be ready for my kid to consume it.

It reminds me of kara sev, crispy and a little bit in taste also. It's not rice. One it's cooked it feels bland and sticky to me. Edit: tried to eat it 3-4 times now, I forced myself to like it but I really don't like it. (I tried getting their cashback offer, mentioned on the packet, but sadly turned out to be a waste of times it's a gift card for purchase on their website. No cash back at all)

Being a foodie person , going on ketogenic diet always a roller coaster for me. Because, it takes an unbelievable amount of willpower to stop eating things that you've been eating for decades. But these products make my journey so easier even more tastier to resist now i don't need to compromise with my craving and tastebuds. Not worth the money. Tastes and smells horrible. Made me feel pukey.Go with the brown rice if u want something healthy. I bought two packs and now I am wondering what I am going to do with them.
